Sunrise Glimmer (Pony Belarus)

I made a pony Belarus... and let me tell you... that border on her flag is so complex.... so...complex... I just did that and got so frustrated I couldn't take it anymore. I am trying to make these flags look simple anywho, so it doesn't matter much anyway. The focus is always the pony.

As for her, I felt like making Belarus blue, probably because she has that dark blue/black dress she wears. Her cutie mark is a heart with sun rays. Why? As I thought of her design, I wished to focus on something good in her personality, and I knew she liked watching the sunrise, so I named her Sunrise Glimmer. While thinking of a cutie mark, I decided that she would get hers while watching the sunrise, and thinking about how she hoped for the day to dawn when she found someone to love her. 

It was hard for me to think of what she would want to do with her life, and since she has a habit of chasing her brother, I figured that what she really wanted was someone to care for her, and that is why her cutie mark is the way it is. I based the sun rays off Celestia's mark, and let me tell you---they are tougher to draw than they look.


Anyway, I did this in MS paint and I hope you like this. Oh, I decided to make her sitting because I was tired of making all my ponies stand and I felt this would be a good pose for her.
